Introduction to Chiropractic:

After being introduced to chiropractic at a very young age, I have been able to see the true power of the body’s ability to heal itself. Within the span of 3 months, my mother was involved in 4 major car accidents, 3 of which were total wrecks. Suffering many injuries, soft tissue and nerve related, she sought out any option for relief. Chiropractic was the only outlet that managed to provide aid. Following these events, our entire family was introduced to the body’s healing potential through chiropractic.

As a boy, I received routine care to provide that extra edge playing nearly every sport in the book. As an adult, I continue to maintain care for optimal health and avoiding old injury flare-ups.

"My goal for every patient is to allow you to access the healthiest self you’re able to achieve."

Professional Experience:

Always enrolled in some sports program, I established interest in the body, how it moved and functioned. This drove me to the health and science field of study. Not sure where the destination was, I sought an Associates in Science from NCCC, then degree in Exercise Sciences from UB.

Still in search of my calling, I interviewed at New York Chiropractic College and D’youville for chiropractic programs. Very impressed by the NYCC curriculum and being a nature lover, I fell in love with The Finger Lakes and NYCC campus.

Following graduate school, I opened a practice in the beautiful state of Vermont. Maintaining a busy practice, as well as being away from family and friends, I grew nostalgic for Buffalo and decided to return home to Western New York’s renaissance, and starting Duquin Family Chiropractic PLLC.

Out of the office:

When I'm away from the office I like to keep busy with exercise, snowboarding, hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, and fishing.

I truly believe the key to a long and blissful life is to eat well, keep moving, and maintain a proper work/life balance.
